“I want a six pack when I’m forty”

Healthy to me means foods not high in fat, sugar, or salt. Nothing overly processed. Every day I eat healthy and exercise. I do a mix of calisthenics*; weights; and shorter, but more intense cardio. I want a six pack when I’m forty, and I want to be fully functional when I’m eighty.

“On a scale of one to ten, rate your buff-ness.”

“I’d probably say a six.”

 

*Calisthenics are a type of gymnastics exercises.
