Fruit “Pizza” Dessert


I love fruit and anything that looks like pizza. This healthy dessert option combines the two usually mutually exclusive food items. Plus, just look how cute it is!

  1. Cut a ripe watermelon into 8 equal pie slices.
  2. Put your favorite fruit on the watermelon. I personally love Kiwi, Strawberries, blueberries, and peaches.
  3. Sprinkle a dash of dried coconut over the creation to imitate the appearance of cheese.
  4. Enjoy your healthy and delicious dessert!
