“ANYONE Can Run a Half Marathon”



“Being healthy to me is having a balance between a good diet and being active. There’s a quote I heard a while ago that embodies this pretty well: ‘Eat to live, don’t live to eat.’ In other words, don’t fill up your stomach with candy. I love snacking on Boom Chicka Pop’s popcorn – all natural and only 35 calories a cup! I also LOVE LOVE quinoa and Brussel sprouts. They’re like little cabbages!”

“Recently you ran the half marathon, right? How was that?”

“I really enjoyed it! It’s fun how everyone on the side is cheering you on. I think anyone can run a half marathon. It’s more of a mental thing – basically, can you push yourself hard enough?”
