“Healthy is more than just being physically healthy, but mentally and spiritually healthy as well. Physical health is not just about fitness, but also about getting enough sleep, and eating nutritiously.
“Mental health is waking up every day and having a certain type of mindset. For me, that’s being able to not get distracted and live in the present – I have a routine because otherwise I might get distracted with checking my phone. Finishing my routine is a good start to the day and also sets the tone for the day. Even making the bed can give people a sense of accomplishment.
“Spiritual health is not just about religion. I think it’s also about noticing how you feel and how those around you feel, so you can take care of not only your own well-being, but also others around you.”
