“Quite a Bit of Water”

“My definition of healthy is being conscious of the nutrients in what you eat and to know your body’s limits. Hydrating properly is important as well as getting enough sleep. I carry a water bottle to stay hydrated and I walk as much as I can. Although I have a sweet tooth, I’m conscious of how many times I eat sugary stuff throughout the day. My favorite healthy food is Greek yogurt.

“How many times do you refill your water bottle in a day?”

I refilled my water bottle 4 times today. It’s quite a bit of water.
