Some of the most successful people in the world wake up by 5 A.M. every day: Michelle Obama, Tim Cook, and Bill Gates to name a few. So why would someone choose to wake up early if they didn’t have to?
Studies show that individuals who rise earlier on average:
- Eat healthier
- Are higher performers on exams/work/etc.
- Are more proactive
- Anticipate problems
- Exercise more
- Sleep better
- Have better attitudes
So I’m sure you’re now wondering… does this even work?
FEM has decided to find out with the help of the adventurous Hamzah Khan. Hamzah Khan is one-half of the experimental electronic hip-hop music group Solanta and also an individual passionate about mental and physical health.
