FEM Workout Routine: Sports
Being healthy is not limited to only a healthy diet and seemingly boring and repetitive workouts. In reality, being healthy and maintaining a healthy life style is best accomplished through a combination of a healthy diet, working out, and having fun. In regards to having fun, I enjoy playing tennis, which is one of many sports that can serve as an enjoyable way to spend time while also exercising. Below is a list of just a few sports that serve as both sources of enjoyment and exercise, especially when with friends.
